 Ensuring 100% compliance and adherence to Baker Hughes HSE as well as Quality policies and procedures.

 Managing activities of AMO workshop to support ongoing operation and aligning production to meet operational activity demands.

 Working closely with materials team to ensure planning, ordering and on-time-delivery of parts to support AMO activity.
 </li>

 Taking ownership to drive KPI monitoring and improvements in the area of responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and managing budget compliance; making recommendations on workplace, facility, and tooling requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating specifications and procurement of capital expenditures to efficiently support AMO operation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for planning, coordinating and direction of all maintenance operations, up to and including installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility/equipment repair to support operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures competent technical workforce to conduct business. This includes, hiring, training, and developing a competent workforce to match operational activity.
 </li>

 Handles special projects, as assigned

 To be successful in this role you will:

 <li>
 Have bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance &amp; Overhaul.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to demonstrate leadership and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have knowledge of AMO processes and procedure and their implementation is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be self-contained, self-motivated, and demonstrated leadership skills to lead a small to medium AMO Team and shop operation.
 </li>
 <li>
