 We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Payment Systems team. This role plays a key part in shaping and growing our credit and debit card business, focusing on product vision, customer experience, and business impact.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Qualifications

 Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s Degree from a university in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields

 7 - 10 years experiences in payment systems, product/portfolio management, marketing, product development in banks. Credit/debit card knowledge is must.

 Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving,

 Strong reporting and analytical thinking skills

 Efficient time management, planning and project prioritization skills

 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, analytics, legal) to build customer-centric journeys and campaigns.

 Coordinate with IT and vendors to implement card features and digital enhancements aligned with product strategy.
