This role involves developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with the brand&rsquo;s luxury standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and develop new catering business opportunities across corporate, social, and VIP segments.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for catering services.</li><li>Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within Qatar&rsquo;s catering and hospitality sector.</li></ul>Catering Management<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of events.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams to deliver high-quality products and services.</li><li>Ensure all catering events reflect the premium brand image and service excellence of Ladur&eacute;e.</li><li>Manage event timelines, staffing, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Brand Development<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services.</li><li>Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and promotional activities.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for catering clients.</li><li>Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.</li><li>Handle client feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.</li><li>Maintain a strong client database and ensure repeat business.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor sales performance, budgets, and profitability of catering operations.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.</li><li>Ensure cost control and efficient resource utilization.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in sales and marketing within hospitality or catering industry.</li><li>Proven track record in catering sales and event management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and client network.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Customer-focused with a luxury service mindset</li><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Creativity and innovation in marketing campaigns</li></ul>Reporting To: General Manager / Operations DirectorJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
