Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and energetic Office Boy to maintain a clean and organized office environment. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day office tasks, ensure cleanliness, and support staff as needed to facilitate smooth office operations. Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including floors, furniture, restrooms, and common areas.</li><li>Support in arranging office supplies and stationery.</li><li>Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.</li><li>Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.</li><li>Collect and distribute mail, couriers, and packages within the office.</li><li>Ensure office equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.</li><li>Perform errands outside the office, such as purchasing supplies or documents, when required.</li><li>Support event setups and other ad-hoc office tasks.</li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients and visitors.  </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred. </li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work diligently and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Physical stamina to perform cleaning and other manual tasks.</li><li>Punctuality and reliability.</li></ul>
