<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Resident &amp; Visitor Support:</b></li><li>Greet residents, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Assist with resident check-in/check-out, room allocation, and key issuance.</li><li>Provide information about camp rules, schedules, and available facilities.</li><li>Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff as needed.</li><li><b>Record-Keeping &amp; Administration:</b></li><li>Maintain accurate daily records of resident movements, visitor logs, and ID/passport copies.</li><li>Update room occupancy lists and submit daily reports to the Reception Supervisor.</li><li>Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing reception documentation.</li><li><b>Facility &amp; Operations Support:</b></li><li>Report maintenance issues, housekeeping needs, or resident concerns to the Reception Supervisor.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely service requests.</li><li>Help monitor common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to camp regulations.</li><li><b>Safety &amp; Compliance:</b></li><li>Enforce camp entry/exit policies and ensure visitor passes are issued and returned properly.</li><li>Monitor resident compliance with camp rules, including visitor restrictions, noise control, and safety protocols.</li><li>Assist during emergencies by guiding residents, reporting incidents, and following safety procedures.</li><li><b>Customer Service:</b></li><li>Address resident inquiries politely and professionally, escalating unresolved issues to the Reception Supervisor.</li><li>Provide translation or language support if required (depending on skills).</li><li>Maintain a professional image as the first point of contact for all visitors and residents in the camp.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li><b>Experience:</b> Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles. Experience in staff accommodation or labour camps is preferred.</li><li><b>Skills:</b></li><li>Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with camp management systems is an advantage.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or other languages is a plus).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Knowledge of basic safety and emergency response procedures is preferred.</li></ul><p><b>Work Environment:</b></p><ul><li>The role is performed in a labour camp or staff accommodation setting, requiring the Reception Attendant to maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe reception environment.</li><li>The position requires flexibility for working shifts, weekends, and public holidays, depending on the operational needs of the camp.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month</p>
