The Four Seasons Private Residences are situated right where the districts of Ulus, Etiler and Levent converge, at the heart of a location which pulses with life and culture.

A Residential Public Area Attendant is responsible for keeping all residential common areas, both interior and exterior, in addition to the administrative areas clean and well stocked.
TASKS
<ul><li>Check, clean and restock all residential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room, residential corridors, and all common areas (e.g. Carpark, garden, residence lounge, kids club, youth club, indoor &amp; outdoor swimming pool area, locker rooms, cinema, golf simulation room, massage room, meeting room, fitness center, back of the house bathrooms, kitchen and kitchenettes...)and heart-of-house space (inclusive of office space etc.)
</li></ul><ul><li>Anticipates residents&rsquo; needs and takes ownership of concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure satisfaction. Offers a special personalized touch when an opportunity is presented.
</li></ul><ul><li>Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery; reports defects and accidents to management immediately. Is competent in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures and trained in accident response.
</li></ul><ul><li>Cleans and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards
</li></ul><ul><li>The ability to spot all furniture and keep it in its proper place
</li></ul><ul><li>Cleans all common areas including elevators/lifts, elevator/lift doors, windows, carpets as well as collect garbage/trash throughout the property
</li></ul><ul><li>The ability to offer assistance to any resident in a courteous and friendly manner
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain all equipment and supplies and use them in a proper manner
</li></ul><ul><li>Keep Housekeeping storage areas tidy and correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order. To be responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain cleanliness, inventory, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, pool and Fitness Center and have the ability to provide proper and safe operation of the equipment in these areas.

</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely, accurately with Public Area Supervisor and Residences Manager.

 The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 1-6 bedrooms.  As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.

 Assistant Residences Manager
 
 
 
 The Residences (Assistant) Manager plays a key role in the seamless daily operation of the residential community. This position is responsible for owner relations, project coordination, and ensuring the highest level of personalized service for residential owners.
 
 
 Working closely with the Director of Residences and Residences Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in luxury hospitality or branded residences.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Resident Experience &amp; Coordination
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary liaison between residents and internal departments including Concierge, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent delivery of personalized service by maintaining accurate resident profiles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage directly with residents to address feedback, resolve concerns, glitches, solve problems and update Golden HOME with accurate information.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Engineering &amp; Maintenance Oversight
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the planning and execution of projects requiring unit access or impacting shared facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular inspections of common areas and coordinate corrective actions with Engineering and Landscaping teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate progress of in-unit works and coordinate timelines with residents and relevant departments.

 Leadership &amp; Human Resources

 Partner with People &amp; Culture and Learning &amp; Development teams to support recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes for residential employees.

 Collaborate with Security to ensure safety initiatives and emergency response protocols are effectively in place.
