 About the Role
 
 
 We're hiring an HR Officer to join the Group HR Office in Dubai, reporting directly to the Group HR Director. This is a broad, hands-on role covering Talent Acquisition, HR operations, systems administration, and reporting support ideal for someone early-to-mid in their HR career who wants direct exposure to how HR is run at group level across a large, multi-country organisation. </div><div><ul><li>Experience within the luxury retail sector.</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Retail/Area Manager leading a team in a multi-site store environment.</li>
<li>Proven ability to combine strong operational execution with strategic thinking and business impact.</li>
<li>Commerciality and proven history of driving sales and maintaining profitability.</li>
<li>The ability to create and maintain a luxury service experience.</li>
<li>Good people skills with emphasis on leading and building teams and fostering cross functional relationships.</li>
<li>Proactive with a strong sense of autonomy.</li>
<li>Ability to lead and drive performance across a multi-site network with strong remote management capability.</li>
<li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a flexible and agile approach.</li>
