The Work You'll Do:</b></p>

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Manager, HR Operations &ndash; Europe in the administration of various HR operations tasks for Turkey. This role will also work with the Recruiting and Learning &amp; Development functions to support systems used for onboarding and training employees.</p>

<li><b>Digital Proficiency:</b> Skilled in using Vendor Management and E-Tender platforms to manage bidding and sourcing processes.</li>
<li><b>Contract Management: </b>Knowledgeable in drafting commercial contracts, following legal procedures, and managing procurement risks.</li>
<li><b>Ownership &amp; Solution Orientation: </b>Ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations and lead projects from end-to-end with a result-oriented mindset.</li>
