Your Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Manage end-to-end seafreight export operations from order receipt to final invoicing,</li><li>

The post holder will combinestructured preparedness work with hands-on response coordination, helpingteams, partners, and affected communities benefit from faster, more organisedhumanitarian action.</p><p></p><p>
This role exists to build and maintainthe organisation's readiness to respond rapidly and effectively to humanitarianemergencies, while strengthening the Emergency Response functions capacity tolead and coordinate live responses. The postholder has primary responsibilityfor emergency preparedness, including contingency planning, early warningmonitoring, stock and roster readiness, simulation exercises, andpreparedness-focused coordination with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p></p><p>
Alongside this technical leadershiprole, the postholder will provide delegated support to the Head of EmergencyResponse &amp; Preparedness during emergency activations, surge periods, orperiods of absence. Thepostholder has primary accountability for the organisation's emergencypreparedness function and for ensuring readiness to respond effectively tohumanitarian crises.</p><p></p><ul><li>
Develop, maintain, and regularly test organisational and country-level Emergency Preparedness Plans (EPPs) and contingency plans, in line with recognised humanitarian standards (IASC, CHS, Sphere).</li><li>
Monitor early warning information, seasonal risk forecasts, and contextual indicators (including climate, conflict, displacement, epidemiological trends) and escalate emerging risks to the Head of Emergency Response &amp; Preparedness, senior management and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintain and regularly update the organisational emergency response roster, ensuring staff readiness, training currency, and deployment availability.</li><li>
Identify partners in key geographies for preparedness and eventual response who fulfil HAs criteria and capacity expectations including visits to the partners for assessment purposes</li><li>
Review and develop preparedness of Field offices to ensure HA is prepared to respond (expertise / capacity / financial mechanisms) incl. visits to the field for assessment / monitoring purposes</li><li>
Own pre-positioning of core relief items, stock thresholds, supplier framework agreements, and emergency procurement pathways in coordination with Logistics and Supply Chain.</li><li>
Lead the planning and implementation of simulation exercises (SIMEX), tabletop exercises, and after-action reviews, ensuring lessons learned are captured and integrated into preparedness systems.</li><li>
Maintain preparedness-related systems, tools, and documentation required for rapid response activation.</li><li>
Represent the organisation in inter-agency preparedness forums, cluster preparedness working groups, and national disaster management coordination structures.</li><li>
Track, analyse and report on preparedness KPIs, including contingency plan currency, roster readiness, simulation completion, and other agreed preparedness metrics.</li><li>
Remain available for deployment where experienced emergency response personnel are required to support an effective humanitarian response.</li><li>
Ensure Emergency Preparedness Plans, contingency plans, rapid assessment tools, simulation exercises, and response templates incorporate safeguarding, child protection, protection mainstreaming, gender, disability inclusion, accountability to affected populations, and do-no-harm principles.</li><li>
Establish and maintain an early warning monitoring and reporting mechanism that provides regular analysis of priority humanitarian risks and triggers for action.</li><li>
Coordinate periodic reviews of emergency stock readiness, supplier framework agreements, and procurement preparedness arrangements with Logistics and Supply Chain teams.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
B. Responsiblefor Coordinating Preparedness Readiness</b></p><p></p><p>
Thepostholder is responsible for coordinating preparedness activities acrossdepartments, field offices, and external partners, while workingcollaboratively with technical and operational teams.</p><p></p><ul><li>
Coordinate preparedness assessments of existing and prospective partners in priority geographies, including conducting field visits where required to assess emergency response capacity and readiness.</li><li>
Coordinate reviews of field office preparedness and surge capacity, including staffing, operational systems, financial mechanisms, and emergency response capabilities.</li><li>
Coordinate the maintenance of rapid-response toolkits and template packages, including situation report templates, proposal and budget templates, response checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>
Coordinate preparedness-related engagement with Logistics, Supply Chain, Programmes, MEAL, Finance, Security, and other relevant functions to ensure organisational readiness.</li><li>
Work with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to monitor preparedness arrangements for emergency stocks, supplier framework agreements, and emergency procurement pathways.</li><li>

C. Supports Emergency Response Activations</b></p><p></p><p>

What you will do</b></p><p>
The End-to-End Project Manager based in <b>Istanbul/Turkey </b>is responsible for leading the successful delivery of New Product Innovation, Modifications of existing products and Portfolio lifecycle initiatives across the RAMET region (Russia, Africa, Middle East &amp; Turkey). This role drives cross-functional alignment from project initiation through product launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.</p><p></p><p>
The role is part of RAMET Supply Chain team and serves as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams, providing governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio oversight. The Project Manager also ensures innovation and lifecycle activities are fully integrated into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to support business growth, operational readiness, and supply continuity.</p><p></p><p><b>
Key responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>
1. Project &amp; Launch Management</b></p><ul><li><p>
Lead innovation and product deployment projects, ensuring delivery on time, in full, and in line with business objectives.</p></li><li><p>
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of innovation and commercialization projects.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure operational readiness across all functions and supply chain touchpoints prior to launch.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones and launch requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Align commercial plans, demand forecasts, deployment schedules, production readiness, and factory submissions.</p></li><li><p>
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.</p></li><li><p>
Drive continuous improvement of project execution and launch processes.</p></li></ul><p><b>
2. Governance, Reporting &amp; IBP Integration</b></p><ul><li><p>
Establish robust governance and ensure projects are embedded within business planning processes.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain project governance frameworks, stage-gate reviews, decision forums, and escalation processes.</p></li><li><p>
Develop and manage project dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure innovation and lifecycle initiatives are fully integrated into the IBP process, including demand, supply, inventory, and risk considerations.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare and present project and portfolio updates during IBP and leadership reviews.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor project health, resource requirements, and critical business decisions to support portfolio delivery and strategic priorities.</p></li></ul><p><b>
3. Product Lifecycle Management</b></p><ul><li><p>
Manage portfolio changes throughout the product lifecycle to support growth and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>
Lead product introductions, reformulations, packaging changes, market extensions, SKU rationalization, and discontinuations.</p></li><li><p>
Drive phase-in/phase-out activities and product transitions while minimizing supply disruption and inventory risk.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure lifecycle changes are reflected in planning assumptions, forecasts, and execution plans.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve service levels.</p></li></ul><p><b>
4. Stakeholder Management &amp; Cross-Functional Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>
Drive alignment, accountability, and collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and EMEA project management teams.</p></li><li><p>
Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial functions.</p></li><li><p>
Facilitate decision-making, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve cross-functional challenges.</p></li><li><p>
Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership and governance forums.</p></li><li><p>
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and execution excellence.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What We Are Looking For</b></p><p><b>
1. Education &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Lifecycle Management, or Commercialization.</p></li><li><p>
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects in FMCG environments.</p></li><li><p>
Strong understanding of Stage-Gate methodologies, project governance, and product development processes.</p></li><li><p>
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications are preferred.</p></li></ul><p><b>
2. Technical &amp; Business Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>
Strong project, portfolio, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities.</p></li><li><p>
Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and project management platforms.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with reporting, KPI management, dashboards, and executive communications.</p></li></ul><p><b>
3. Leadership &amp; Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>
Strong leadership, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.</p></li><li><p>
