Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.</li><li>Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms and social media.</li><li>Conduct the onboarding process and ensure completion of all new hire documentation and orientation activities.</li></ul>2. Employee Records &amp; HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including performance evaluations, benefits, and related HR documentation.</li><li>Manage and update HR data systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Process and track leave requests, maintain attendance and leave records, and verify medical claims.</li><li>Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure policy and legal compliance.</li><li>Handle the HR inbox and respond promptly to employee queries.</li></ul>3. Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration (Pakistan Only)<ul><li>Manage payroll processing for Pakistan, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, taxation, and deductions.</li><li>Verify employee attendance, time records, and other payroll-related data.</li><li>Address payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution.</li></ul>4. Employee Relations, Engagement &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Act as a primary HR contact for all Pakistan employees, addressing concerns and escalating issues appropriately.</li><li>Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.</li><li>Coordinate and support the performance management cycle, including tracking evaluations and probation reviews.</li><li>Plan and organize employee engagement and motivation activities, including staff events, recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.</li><li>Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; General HR Support<ul><li>Ensure all HR practices and documentation comply with company policies, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and HR data.</li><li>Assist the Group HR Manager with group-wide HR projects, initiatives, and reporting.</li></ul>6. General<ul><li>Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
