 Expand and maintain high-quality recruitment channels and talent pools across the UAE and wider Middle East region; source outstanding talents at home and abroad. Complete the whole recruitment process independently, including resume screening, interview arrangement, pre-employment background check, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.

 Optimize localized recruitment procedures to improve talent matching degree, reduce recruitment costs and shorten the talent onboarding cycle; establish a sustainable core talent reserve system for infrastructure projects.
