Office Administration &amp; Support<ul><li>Supervise office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and maintenance.</li><li>Coordinate vendor contracts, license renewals, tenancy agreements, and service providers.</li><li>Support departments with admin logistics for meetings, events, and audits.</li></ul>6. UAE Labour Law &amp; RERA Compliance<ul><li>Ensure complete compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR legal frameworks.</li><li>Guide leadership on employee rights, grievance handling, termination procedures, and benefits.</li><li>Implement policies in alignment with MOHRE, RERA, and DLD regulations.</li></ul>7.
