Major Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.</li>
<li>Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.</li>
<li>Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work</li>
<li>Training managers to coach and discipline employees and scheduling management reviews/conferences with employees.</li>
<li>Maintains historical human resource records.</li>
<li>Assisting/Counceling employees with work matters, career development, personal problems.</li>
<li>Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.</li>
<li>Take part in strategic management.</li>
<li>Manage day to day operations, finance, and HR related matters.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Undergraduate or Graduate degree in a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in finance, HR, or strategic IT sales planning, business development, and business process improvement.
</li><li>High energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments</li>
<li>Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.</li>
