 Core Qualifications

 Experience: 5+ years of progressive People Operations experience, with demonstrated, hands-on exposure to UAE and KSA labor markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organised, process driven, likes to build systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regulatory Expertise: Strong working knowledge of UAE/KSA employment law, regional labor legislation, and statutory compliance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Proficiency: Extensive practical experience managing UAE/KSA government portals (e.g., MOHRE, AXS, Mudad, GOSI). Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS platforms is mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience liaising with Insurance providers, handling high volume of documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage given the nature of government communications and portal management.
