We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate - HR Business Partner to join our HR team. Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Collaborate with the HRBP team to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and department leaders, ensuring a clear understanding of their HR needs.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives and support departmental requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Support the management of employee relations issues by offering guidance to both employees and managers.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement, helping to improve the overall employee experience.</p></li><li><p>
Help facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.</p></li><li><p>
Aid in the performance appraisal process by providing tools and resources to managers and employees to promote effective performance evaluation.</p></li><li><p>
Support training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies for career growth.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>
Build credibility through effective communication and relationship-building skills while representing HR positively and professionally.</p></li><li><p>
Support initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture at CureMD, promoting employee engagement and well-being.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in managing change by effectively communicating with employees and addressing their concerns throughout transitions.</p></li><li><p>
Support the HRBP team in executing strategic initiatives and projects, participating in various HR projects as assigned.</p></li><li><p>
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, minimizing organizational risk.</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>
Previous 0-1 year of experience or internship in HR is preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.</p></li><li><p>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.</p></li><li><p>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>
