About the role 
 
We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Generalist to support the Sr. HR Manager, Global Services across recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is eager to contribute across a broad range of HR functions.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Support the Sr. HR Manager in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience</li><li>
Manage and maintain HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates</li><li>
Assist in managing HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and compliance</li><li>
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems</li><li>
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery</li><li>
Support execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across teams</li><li>
Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and challenge the status quo</li><li>

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
