About this role</b></p><p>
The HR Associate plays a key role on Bridgespan&rsquo;s People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) team, providing administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR priorities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data and records, supporting core HR processes, and helping administer employee programs and initiatives, including the global performance review process, coaching programs, and service awards.<br>

Responsibilities and Duties</p><ul><li><p>
