 Our Executive Assistants (EAs) are expected to be creative problem solvers for the Senior Partner and/or Partner whom they support. In this role, you will collaborate with your Partners to optimize their time, create trust-based relationships within their network while building your own, and delivering high-quality end products.
 
 
 The Partners&rsquo; network includes their clients, teams, practices, and internal colleagues. </li></ul><div><ul><li>At least two years of civil or criminal litigation experience.
</li></ul><ul><li>At least one year of experience in connection with the regulation of gas, electric, and/or water companies.
</li></ul><ul><li>At least one year of regulatory or administrative law experience relevant to the ERA&rsquo;s work.
</li></ul></div><ul><li>Additional years of experience in the above practice areas and experience in complex litigation preferred.
</li><li>Ability to litigate on both policy and technical issues, with emphasis on those involving economic, financial, and accounting issues.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to learn previously unfamiliar technical concepts and material quickly and successfully preferred.
</li><li>Effective research, writing, editing, and oral communication skills required.

</li></ul>Applicants must be Massachusetts Bar eligible at the time of application and must apply for admission before their start date. Candidates who are not yet admitted may be hired as &lsquo;Counsel&rsquo; and must pass the Massachusetts Bar within one year of their start date.

Position Type: Full-time/Exempt 
Our current hybrid model includes some remote workdays for most positions. On in-office days, employees are required to report to one of our designated office locations, either in Boston or at a regional office. 
Salary: $87,500 &ndash; $130,595, commensurate with JD year and experience
