JOB SUMMARY:: 
Working out of our Community Based Care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance with the established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain top quality care.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services</li>
<li>Administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures</li>
<li>Seek licensed staff assistance as needed</li>
<li>As a Med Tech you will follow the plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation</li>
<li>Maintain patient confidentiality</li>
<li>Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.</li>
<li>Fosters a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>NAC/CNA or NAR or HCA required</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age</li>

Point C is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Examiner to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately processing medical claims while ensuring compliance with plan documents, policies, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and experienced in self-funded or third-party administration environments.

Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Adjudicate new claims and process adjustments, including denials upon receipt of additional information</li>
<li>Review and resolve appeals and subrogation/third-party liability cases</li>
<li>Manage individual inventory to ensure timely turnaround and production goals are met</li>
<li>Ensure claims are processed in accordance with stop loss contract terms</li>
<li>Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and other channels within established timeframes</li>
<li>Follow up on missing or incomplete information to ensure claims can be accurately processed</li>
<li>Maintain minimum production, financial, and procedural accuracy standards on a monthly basis</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience with Third Party Administrator (TPA) or self-funded claims administration preferred</li>
<li>1-2 years of experience in insurance claims processing required</li>
<li>Experience reviewing and finalizing claim payments for accuracy in accordance with plan policies</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and apply plan documents to ensure accurate claims adjudication</li>
<li>Experience with VBA systems preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding</li>
<li>Basic understanding of medical terminology</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work overtime as needed</li>

Location: Padden Creek/Fairhaven Park/Forest Park/Village on the Green in Bellingham, WA
The Leasing Agent supports leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative functions for the community. This role manages leasing leads, conducts tours, processes applications and renewals, maintains property presentation standards, and assists the Community Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
1. Maintaining the Physical Asset
<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized leasing office.</li>
<li>Conduct daily inspections of tour paths, model/vacant units, and common areas.</li>
<li>Report scheduled or priority work orders to the supervisor.</li>
</ul>
2. Marketing and Leasing
<ul><li>Lease all vacancies and complete renewals as assigned.</li>
<li>Maintain and follow up on all leasing leads.</li>
<li>Monitor advertising and marketing programs and report discrepancies.</li>
<li>Post 3 daily Craigslist ads for leasing and pre-leasing.</li>
<li>Visit competitors and complete &ldquo;Shop the Competition&rdquo; or Market Survey reports.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements to marketing/leasing programs.</li>
<li>Conduct outside marketing when directed.</li>
</ul>
3. Financial Reporting and Control
<ul><li>Submit timesheets on time per payroll schedule.</li>
<li>Notify the Community Manager of any accounting data inaccuracies.</li>
<li>Enter all move-ins and move-outs into Entrata when delegated, and submit completed files.</li>
</ul>
4. Administration
<ul><li>Complete daily filing and manage phone calls/voicemails.</li>
<li>Apply Fair Housing principles and understand state landlord-tenant laws.</li>
<li>Assist the Community Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.</li>
<li>Review and implement updates from the Property Communication Notebook.</li>
<li>Submit content for the community newsletter for approval.</li>
<li>Attend required training programs.</li>
<li>Maintain professional, courteous conduct with residents, coworkers, and the public.</li>
<li>Demonstrate &ldquo;ACTS&rdquo;: Attitude, Consistency, Teamwork, Service.</li>
<li>Submit vacation requests 30 days in advance; obtain prior approval for overtime.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience
