The successful candidate will be responsible for owning their assigned territory, developing sales activity plans to promote and sell our fiber and high-speed wireless products outside of the office environment. This role involves a significant amount of fieldwork, including visiting potential clients at their places of business or homes, attending trade shows, and networking events. <p><b>PURPOSE OF THE JOB: </b>The Digital Content &amp; Social Media Assistant supports Mount Baker Theatre&rsquo;s mission by assisting in the execution of digital marketing and audience communications initiatives across email, website, social media, and online event platforms. This role executes and adapts content based on direction from the Marketing Director, ensuring that MBT&rsquo;s digital messaging reflects the organization&rsquo;s brand voice, enhances patron engagement, and supports ticket sales and community outreach. <div><p><b>WECU </b>is seeking a<b> full-time</b> <b>Outbound Relationship Officer</b> to join our <b>Contact Center</b> team located in <b>Bellingham, WA</b>. This position is responsible for processing and/or finalizing a wide variety of member transactions including opening and maintaining all account types and loan offerings. RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Contributes to the organization's mission statement and goals by providing the highest quality of service, treating each person professionally - with warmth, courtesy and respect, cross-selling additional services, and making a personal effort to make members feel they belong and are important to the credit union.</li><li>
Maintains a broad knowledge of all types of account ownership and account classifications to assist members in making the most effective use of credit union services.</li><li>
Examines, evaluates, and authorizes or makes recommendations on approval of borrower applications for consumer loans.</li><li>
Identifies additional or potential lending and/or account opportunities in each interaction.</li><li>
Acts as a liaison between the member and the credit union through outbound attempts to maintain/gauge/improve existing membership and/or finalize new membership.</li><li>
Effectively interviews members to identify needs; proactively explains and refers available financial products and services to strengthen the member relationship.

</b></p><p>A Home Services Sales Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior products and services to customers. The Sales Consultant's primary responsibility is outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows. Although sales efforts and incidental activities may take place at a customer's home or through virtual channels, a Sales Consultant will spend the majority of their working time traveling and away from a dedicated office environment.</p><p>
Sales Consultants will travel to customers' homes to make sales calls, assess customer needs, make individually-tailored product recommendations, develop and negotiate customized price quotes, present warranty information and financial options that meet the customer's needs, and maintain/drive profitability. The coordinator plays a key role in implementing projects and coordinating team members to achieve key project milestones. This position is ideal for a culturally grounded project operations specialist and thoughtful communicator, experienced in research, community engagement, and/or partnership building, and committed to Indigenous sovereignty, environmental justice, and the well-being of Tribal and BIPOC communities regionally, nationally, and globally.
