The Service Coordinator will oversee and supervise a 24-Hour Site Based Services at Harmony Houses. Hires, trains and supervises Program Supervisor and Direct Support Professionals. Will have ownership and oversight of budgeting requirements and operations of Harmony House. Coordinator will have oversight of budget compliance, manage schedules and ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation agencies ensuring the overall viability of Harmony House.
Position may require long hours, including some evenings and weekends to ensure the safety and satisfaction of individuals served. This position will be included in an on-call rotation in order to provide appropriate program oversight, which may limit ability to travel outside a geographic area during those times.
What You'll Need
Qualified candidates for this job will have a Bachelor's degree in health or human service-related field or education, as well as, three years experience in human services experience (disabilities or mental health preferred) plus two years of supervisory experience.
CMA, CAN, LPN or RN credentials and/or experience preferred, but not required.

<div>The University of Iowa Health Care, Department of Pharmaceutical Care is seeking a 100% Senior Financial Analyst. This position has responsibility for performing complex, recurring and non-routine financial and cost accounting analysis of financial reports and data, ultimately preparing narrative analysis for leadership team. The primary responsibility of this position will be monitoring and reconciling accounts, general ledger entries, preparation of dashboards and reports for leadership team, and review of contracts and for advising the department with regards to financial planning. All duties are shared among the group of financial analysts ensuring that separation of duties is maintained at all times. Additionally, this position will need to assist with analysis of payments, payer mix, and other data as determined.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Financial Oversight and Budgeting<ul><li>
Monitors, analyzes, and reconciles monthly charges and account balances.</li><li>

 To qualify for this position - applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement - 06/08/2026. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-07 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-05. For a GS-09 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07. The grade may have been in any occupation - but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials.
