This role is contributing to the PAEN-Qatar. Main stakeholders are PAEN. 
 
You will be mainly accountable for:<ul><li>
Performing complex field service tasks, identifies technical problems, and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.</li><li>
Planing and preparing site work for larger project team and manages related subcontractors at site.</li><li>
Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations.</li><li>
Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.</li><li>
Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams.</li><li>
Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Graduate Engineer in instrumentation, Electrical or Equivalent Engineering degree.</li><li>
Must have minimum 8 years of experience of at least 5 years as customer support / project / service engineer of System 800xA based safety systems preferably in Oil &amp; Gas / Power &amp; Water industry.</li><li>
Good hands-on experience in system 800xA based integrated control and safety system (both hardware and software) is a Must-have with AC800MHI library-based application development &ndash; project &amp; commissioning</li><li>
Knowledge of FSMS (functional safety management system) is a Must-have for this role and valid Functional Safety certifications preferred such as TUV FS engineer, ABB certifications etc.</li><li>
Knowledge of Functional safety technical standards IEC61511, IEC61508 and corresponding system engineering practice experience.</li><li>
Hands on Experience in Industrial networking, network switch configuration</li><li>
Hands on experience in Cyber security for 800xA based systems</li><li>
Be an analytical thinker, self-starter, resilient and highly adaptable- in line with ABB&rsquo;s latest advance service &amp; digital portfolio</li><li>
Hands on Experience in industrial communication protocols like Modbus- RTU &amp; TCP, OPC, etc.</li></ul>
