 Seeking a meticulous and expert Senior Engineer - Site Reliability to build and support the Presight delivery model that empowers product &amp; technology teams to develop &amp; deliver high-quality products, improve platform infrastructure and strengthen the reliability of products and solutions. You play a key role in defining &amp; establishing the delivery model deployed in the development of cutting edge, next-gen analytics solutions &amp; services at Presight.

 As an Engineer &ndash; Site Reliability, you will be responsible for working with relevant stakeholders to drive scope definition, specification, and architecture for all services in the CI/CD pipeline that power the Presight delivery model.

   Foster a positive SRE culture that promotes frequent releases, high levels of automation (Ansible, Terraform, Helm), and software reliability (Monitoring Tools).
  </li>

   Lead and troubleshoot high priority incidents impacting the organization, providing timely support to quickly resolve critical incidents for Linux based systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify application patterns &amp; analytics in support of better service level objectives while integrating self-service &amp; resiliency patterns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and modify CI/CD principles and service maturity iteratively, striving for continuous improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with internal teams to propose, architect and implement innovative &amp; transformational solutions for Presight.
  </li>
  <li>
   Champion SRE approaches across strategic systems to predict &amp; prevent disruptive events and improve the availability of solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design &amp; enable automated change, release and upgrade management practices across existing products &amp; solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with defined IT governance controls, standards, and practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Improve service availability and scalability through tuning, automation, tools, and process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze service performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide measurable improvement plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   Serve as primary point of contact for all matters concerning the customer and develop a trusted advisor relationship with executive sponsors by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.

   Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 5-7 years of experience in DevOps Operations and deployment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Public Cloud (Azure must), Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, python hands on is must.
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands on experience on Private Cloud Openstack, OpenShift.
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands on experience on automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
  </li>
  <li>
   CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins and ArgoCD) and DevOps processes must have.
  </li>
  <li>
   Big data technologies i.e. Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Hadoop Cluster deployment.
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 3 years of experience in architectural knowledge and understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
  </li>
  <li>
   Shell &amp; Python scripting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Handson experience on monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana and Zabbix.
  </li>
  <li>
   Handson experience on managing bare metal or virtualized environments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must have knowledge of cloud networking and security.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong experience on databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MSSQL.
  </li>
  <li>
   HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience on Migration of DevOps Tools / Applications / Databases.
