As the Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for establishing deep customer and prospect relationships, proactively identifying opportunities where Scale can build custom AI applications to improve lives for citizens and residents, overseeing the execution to ensure timelines are met and/or communicated effectively, interfacing with premier research institutions to discuss how Scale can best support them, and partnering with organizations who are looking to train and educate people on how to use AI, AI safety, and more.</div>

You and your team will work closely with the business development and go-to-market team, the product and engineering execution teams, and various customers and prospects to ensure success.</div>

You will:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Drive the process of identifying high-value use cases for custom LLMs that Scale can build within government entities</li>
<li>Partner with clients to understand their most pressing problems and brainstorm how Scale can best help</li>
<li>Manage the long-term health of clients by identifying and preempting areas of risk or concern</li>
<li>Be the main point-of-contact for clients if they have any questions, issues, or concerns and triage accordingly</li>
<li>Collaborate with the operational and engineering execution teams to track delivery and timelines</li>
<li>Review, track and improve operational performances and be obsessed with continuous improvement</li>
<li>Brainstorm with premier research institutions building Arabic LLMs how Scale can best support and/or ideas they should consider testing</li>
<li>Have proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in Arabic</li>

   Establish, implement, and manage the PMO function, aligning with international standards and client requirements.

   Oversee programme planning, scheduling, cost and risk controls, and change management.

   At least a Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 16 years of professional experience, with proven experience in senior roles within the transportation infrastructure of at least 11 years.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record in delivering at least 2 major railway projects in a similar role (Senior PMO Manager, Programme Controls Manager, or equivalent).
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 3 years of previous working experience in GCC region (Gulf Cooperation Council) re-quired.
  </li>
  <li>
   In-depth knowledge of international best practices in programme management (e.g. PMI, Prince2, APM).
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrable leadership and team management skills in a multicultural setting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous.

<p>Job Description</p><p>We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager &ndash; Mechanical to oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all works comply with project specifications, international standards, and client quality requirements.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures.</li><li>Oversee all mechanical QA/QC activities including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Drainage, Potable Water Systems, and associated mechanical installations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, ASME, API), and client/consultant standards.</li><li>Coordinate inspections with consultants/clients and ensure timely closure of NCRs, RFIs, and Corrective/Preventive Actions.</li><li>Supervise QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers.</li><li>Conduct internal quality audits and subcontractor audits.</li><li>Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, MIRs, WIRs, method statements, and test reports.</li><li>Verify calibration of equipment, test instruments, and ensure traceability.</li><li>Monitor site installation quality, testing &amp; commissioning procedures.</li><li>Maintain all QA/QC reports, logs, and documentation required for project handover.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, engineers, HSE team, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality execution.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 12&ndash;15 years of experience in QA/QC Mechanical for construction projects in GCC</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction QA/QC processes, and international standards.</li><li>Experience working with main contractors or large-scale projects (buildings, infrastructure, MEP).</li><li>Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (IRCA approved)</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage a team and ensure strict quality compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QA/QC software/tools.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR16,000.00 per month</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>work: 10 years (Required)</li></ul><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
