<li>Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-phase projects with regulatory oversight in Central Bank or financial regulatory environments.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability coordinating geographically distributed teams; experience with banking software (payment systems, core banking, financial infrastructure).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), PMBOK/PRINCE2 frameworks, and SDLC/QA processes.</li>
<li>Knowledge of banking domain (instant payments, payment hubs, clearing systems, mandate management), banking regulations, and Central Bank frameworks (particularly Qatar Central Bank).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of API integrations, system configurations, database management, and infrastructure.</li>
<li>Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Zoho Projects) and strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication at all organizational levels; strong leadership and team motivation.</li>

Acts as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution.</li><li>
May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.</li><li>
