This is a key role focused on helping organizations secure their digital assets and adopt next-generation cybersecurity and intelligent infrastructure solutions.About the Role:This position will be based in Doha, Qatar, focusing on identifying, developing, and closing high-value enterprise opportunities in:<ul><li>Enterprise Cybersecurity: Zero Trust Architecture, Endpoint Detection &amp; Response (EDR/XDR), SIEM, IAM, DLP, Cloud Security Platforms, and security modernization initiatives.</li><li>AI Infrastructure: HPC clusters, GPU-powered AI/ML servers, hybrid cloud environments, data lake infrastructure, and AI-ready storage solutions.</li></ul>You will work closely with CIOs, CISOs, Data Officers, and Cloud Architects to assess security posture, compliance needs, AI readiness, and technical architecture&mdash;then map those to tailored BCS solution offerings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise cybersecurity and AI infrastructure portfolios.</li><li>Manage full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, solution consulting, stakeholder engagement, proposal management, and contract closure.</li><li>Present technical and commercial solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.</li><li>Work with presales and solution architects to develop demos, POCs, and proposals.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with enterprise and public sector customers across Qatar.</li><li>Lead strategic account planning and ensure consistent revenue growth across key enterprise accounts.</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Experience required: Strong background in Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales or IT Infrastructure Sales.</li><li>Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&amp;CK, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, SIEM solutions, EDR/XDR, IAM, DLP, or equivalent.</li><li>Understanding of AI infrastructure and modern data platform requirements is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets.</li><li>Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Arabic proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license is preferred (or willingness to obtain one).</li></ul>Why Join BCS Technologies?<ul><li>A 15-year legacy delivering enterprise IT and cybersecurity solutions in the Middle East.</li><li>Competitive compensation and uncapped incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge security and AI technologies.</li><li>Supportive, growth-oriented culture focused on innovation.</li><li>Exposure to mission-critical digital transformation projects in Qatar.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR6,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 26/11/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/12/2025
