<ul><li>BA or BSc degree (min. 2:1) in Risk Management, alternative subjects considered can include: Project Management, Engineering, other analytical disciplines.

<ul><li>Previous Project Risk Management experience across various projects (minimum circa 15+ years).
</li><li>Specialist knowledge in Risk Management software (i.e., MCS software) and experience with quantitative cost &amp; schedule risk analysis.
</li><li>Demonstrable involvement / history in the relevant project industry and / or cross-over experience from a comparable technical industry.
</li><li>Experience in analytical quantitative risk methods.

<ul><li>Extensive working Risk related knowledge of the Worley industry / business line.

</li><li>Highly experienced in qualitative measuring risks, facilitating analysis, plus evaluation of specific threats and opportunities.
</li><li>Strong competency in modelling quantitative (cost &amp; schedule) risks and evaluation of analysis output using industry risk analysis tools.
</li>Able to provide constructive challenge to project teams to ensure all risks are addressed appropriately and provide support to junior team members with this.
