In this vital leadership role, you will oversee landscape installation projects, including irrigation systems, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. Your expertise will guide a team of skilled workers to create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that meet our clients&rsquo; expectations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise landscape installation crews, including the installation of plantings, hardscapes, irrigation, and other various landsaping projects.</li><li>Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.</li><li>Complete required field reports and timesheets daily</li><li>Oversee the installation of irrigation systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment/materials each day to perform the tasks at hand</li><li>Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site and conduct regular safety briefings with team members</li><li>Inspect work quality throughout projects and address any issues promptly</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth operations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Commercial landscape experience</li><li>Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments</li><li>Knowledge and hands-on experience with installing and troubleshooting irrigation systems, including 2-wire systems</li><li>Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans, with a solid understanding of basic irrigation hydraulics</li><li>Experience programming and troubleshooting irrigation controllers, including Hunter and Rain Bird systems</li><li>Familiarity with landscape installation processes and maintenance techniques</li><li>Possess a valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Safety equipment provided</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
