The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams of Senior Engineers, Engineers, and Designers while ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and budgetary requirements.</p><p><i><b>Key Responsibilities</b></i></p><ul><li>Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Sr. Engineers, Engineers, and Designers in the Electrical discipline.</li><li>Approve and manage all technical aspects of electrical engineering scope for assigned projects.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and control discipline work with respect to quality, productivity, and budget.</li><li>Ensure technical accuracy, scope management, and compliance with local and international standards.</li><li>Provide expert technical guidance, advice, and judgment on engineering challenges.</li><li>Manage hours and material budgets for assigned team(s) and scope of work.</li><li>Oversee multidisciplinary packages including cathodic protection, subsea cable design, and other specialized systems.</li><li>Review and approve design deliverables, specifications, and drawings.</li><li>Coordinate closely with other disciplines, construction, and commissioning teams.</li></ul><p><i><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></i></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (B.Sc.
