<p><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives</li>
<li>Assist with mailing/filing income tax returns, gift tax returns, and estate tax returns</li>
<li>Maintain and create Corporate Records</li>
<li>Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files, estate documents and trust records</li>
<li>Coordinate signatures, notarization, and documents execution (including e-signtaure platforms such as DocuSign).</li>
<li>Enter attorney timeslips into iTimekeep</li>
<li>Serve as a primary client contact, ensuring timely communication with beneficiaries and related professionals</li>
<li>Support attorneys with case management from inception through resolution</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Competencies, Education and Experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of legal experience, in Trusts &amp; Estates</li>
<li>Proficiency in fiduciary accounting and legal case/document management</li>
<li>Excellent organization, accuracy, and communication skills</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>This position requires regular and predictable in-office attendance</li>
</ul>
