What You&rsquo;ll Do 
 
As a Lift Maintenance Mechanic 1, you&rsquo;ll assist with troubleshooting, scheduled and emergency mechanical and hydraulic maintenance as relevant to all aspects of ski lifts. These include, but are not limited to, mechanical, industrial control systems, low voltage AC and DC controls, motors, drives, and hydraulic tensioning systems. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:

<li>Follow all lift maintenance policies and procedures as outlined by Lift Maintenance Supervisor, Mountain Operations Manager, General Manager, ANSI, and lift manufacturers.</li>
<li>Assist in troubleshooting and repair of lift related mechanical and hydraulic systems.</li>
<li>Perform or assist in performing repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Entering and updating record keeping maintenance logs.</li>
<li>Assist in repair, maintenance and upgrading of mechanical lift components.</li>
<li>Assist in installation and repair of overhead and buried communication systems.</li>
<li>Assist other team members to assure lifts are operating in compliance with all applicable safety codes.</li>

What We Need

Ensures efficient and economical performance of the maintenance functions while on duty.</li><li>
Adheres to and enforces company policies and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.</li><li>
Communicates with the Shift Manager, On-Duty Maintenance Control regarding the status of aircraft at or transitioning to/from the station.</li><li>
Ensures all scheduled maintenance work is accomplished in accordance with the plan for assigned station.</li><li>
Reviews all logbook items to ensure discrepancies are corrected to prevent recurring write-ups.</li><li>
Monitors inspection forms, work orders, and all paperwork as well as inventory to ensure the prompt requisition of materials.</li><li>
Checks the accuracy of all log sheets.</li><li>
Accurately estimates maintenance delays and advises others of delays.</li><li>
Enforces all safety rules and encourages and promotes safety awareness to all assigned personnel.</li><li>
Complies with the provisions of the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternity Association Agreement and address any concerns or issues.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Job-Specific Experience, Education &amp; Skills:
<div>Required</div><ul><li>
3 years of experience in Aircraft systems or maintenance.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.</li><li>
Airframe and Powerplant licenses.</li><li>
Knowledge of FAA regulations and company procedures.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to motivate people and communicate effectively (e.g., verbal, written, and listening).</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Minimum age of 18.</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul><div>
Preferred</div><ul><li>
Airbus and Boeing Experience.</li><li>
Ability to learn union labor workforce contracts application and administration.</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues.</li><li>
Ability to build and maintain timelines for open, inspection, rectification of defects, close up and operational checks, while ensuring a safe on time return to service of the aircraft.</li><li>
Ability to forecast, account for, and flow large work packages of 2000 task cards or more including generated non-routines.</li><li>
Have an in depth understanding of aircraft Maintenance, including inspection processes, major repairs and alterations of both composite and metal structures.</li><li>
Ability to work closely with engineering teams in development of repairs.</li><li>
Ability to work closely with multiple teams, coordinating on aircraft work to ensure that there are no overlaps of staffing causing delays.</li></ul>

Salary Range: $151,300 - $170,200 / year Salary Details:
