Receive medication updates from Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse.</li><li>
Administer, assist with, and observe medications and treatments for each resident using the medication administration record and the Six Rights of Medication Pass (&ldquo;Right&rdquo; resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse).</li><li>
Ensure that medications are passed according to times utilizing a mobile medication cart.</li><li>
Document and initial as medications are given and ensure that appropriate documentation is completed for refusal or missed doses.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of all resident information including resident medication among other residents.</li><li>
Report all resident concerns and unavailable medication while administering the medication to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.</li><li>
Restock medication cart after all medication passes.</li><li>
Assist in checking medication regardless of packaging system.</li><li>
Assess the residents to determine need for &ldquo;as needed medication&rdquo; and appropriately document and report to supervisor.</li><li>
Count all narcotics with another Medication Care Manager (MCM) or Lead Care Manager (LCM) each shift and report discrepancies to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.</li><li>
Maintain and clean the Medication Room, medication carts, and treatment carts for neatness, cleanliness, availability of medications, and expired medications.</li><li>
Follow re-fill process for medications.</li><li>
Help residents maintain independence and promote dignity and physical safety of each resident adhering to the Sunrise Principles of Service.</li><li>
Strive to understand and respond to each resident with empathy, always remaining mindful of the resident&rsquo;s unique communication patterns, history, and basic human needs.</li><li>
Practice routinely good standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene, and health.</li><li>

Risk Management and General Safety</b></h3><ul><li>
Partner with community team to ensure community is in compliance with national/provincial regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety requirements, promoting Risk Management programs and policies, and adhering to safety rules and regulations.</li><li>
Practice safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.</li><li>
Report all accidents/incidents immediately.</li><li>
Report all unsafe and hazardous conditions/equipment immediately.</li><li>
Ensure any cords, carts, equipment, and other hazards are always kept out of the way, not blocking exits, and in compliance with fire codes.</li><li>

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical, Scientific, and AI Officer (CMSAIO) you will have the unique opportunity to play a central and important role in coordinating and supporting the growth of this multifaceted team including Medical, Clinical and Scientific Affairs, Cleerly Imaging Services, Regulatory and Quality Affairs, as well as AI/Innovative Product Affairs teams. Overall, the teams include about 200 employees, among them 7 VP or C-suite. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position suited for a resourceful, detail-oriented and highly dynamic professional who excels in providing flawless direct executive support to the CSMAIO and in the planning, coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives.</p>

Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Executive Support &amp; Administration</b>
<ul><li>Represent the values and culture of the CMSAIO to all stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage the CMSAIO calendars/scheduling, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing appointments to align with strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Serve as the strategic partner and operational engine for the CSMAIO by coordinating meeting agendas, devising succinct and accurate meeting notes, and action oriented follow up tasks.</li>
<li>Track the execution of action items and provide cohesiveness to the teams to facilitate timely delivery of action items.</li>
<li>Manage all administrative duties for the CSMAIO including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and responding to correspondence.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and information management.</li>
<li>Manage social media accounts of the CSMAIO</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Communication &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</b>
<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, priorities, and follow-ups on behalf of the CMSAIO, effectively screening and directing communications.</li>
<li>Operate as the information and communication hub for the CMSAIO's office, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timeliness in messaging across the organization.</li>
<li>Prepare executive briefing materials, board updates, and internal communications to maintain transparency and momentum.</li>
<li>Facilitate seamless collaboration across internal stakeholders, executive peers, and external partners.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Organizational Optimization</b>
<ul><li>Organize and coordinate high-level activities and retreats, including in-person events, to support the definition of company priorities.</li>
<li>Build and refine workflows that improve organizational efficiency within the CMSAIO's office and across associated departments.</li>
<li>Maintain clear documentation and organized reporting structures to support team accountability and visibility.</li>
</ul>
</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in high-dynamic environments, ideally in healthcare, med tech or life sciences</li>
<li>Expertise in executive administrative support, complex scheduling, and sophisticated organizational communication.</li>
<li>Ability to produce high quality powerpoint, excel tables or word documents, excited to explore AI optimization of job duties</li>
<li>Strong ability to synthesize complex information and assist in translating executive strategy into clear communication.</li>
<li>High EQ and integrity; able to navigate sensitive conversations and strategic ambiguity with the utmost professionalism.</li>
<li>Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable operating with autonomy in fast-paced, evolving environments.</li></ul><br>

The base salary range for this role varies by location and is aligned to market benchmarks.</p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates located in <b>higher-cost labor markets</b>, including California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC represent the middle to high end of the range, while candidates located in <b>all other U.S. locations </b>represent the low to middle end of the range.</li>
<li>Final compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.</li>
</ul>
<p>This role is eligible for a <b>10</b><b>% target annual bonus</b>, resulting in the following <b>base salary </b>and <b>Total Target Compensation (TTC)</b> ranges:</p>
<ul>
<li><b>Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000</b></li>
<li><b>TTC: $99,000 - $110,000</b></li>
</ul>
