The position contributes to ongoing research, data analysis, simulation efforts, and dissemination of scientific results from Hope observations.  The criteria for your success would include cost savings achieved, number of use cases investigated &amp; datasets mined, number of innovations/POCs deployed, number of existing processes optimized, and customer NPS.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 To qualify, you must have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, or AI-related field. Specialization in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing or Speech and Audio are highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in developing AI algorithms for various modalities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of conducting high-level research, preferably evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals or a history of product-driven research and development.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Ideally, you&rsquo;ll also need
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A highly curious and inquisitive approach to problem-solving
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of the latest developments in AI and machine learning
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills
