 Main Responsibilities

 Sourcing expertise &amp; experience in CDMO/CMC/Chemistry/Toxicology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to import of specialty chemicals from China.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience on cost sheets related to projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in import and its related formalities to ensure timely clearances and delivery of imported Goods. (Chemical/consumables)
 </li>
 <li>
 Procuring the chemicals, solvents, consumables etc and ensuring the timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Procurement of Analytical columns, Biologicals &amp; Consumables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Weekly delivery status needs to send for stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Rate contracting of all Opex related requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 To arrange for vendor approval after obtaining of duly filled in vendor questionnaire.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely, cost effective and high-quality materials adhering to all purchase policies and regulatory guidelines.
 </li>

 Proven working experience in Biopharma industry.

 Candidate who know ordering of chemicals from Import and domestic regions.

 Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
