Operations &amp; Quality Management</b></p><p>&middot; Lead continuous process improvement initiatives by systematically documenting operational challenges and implementing corrective and preventive solutions across manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain functions.</p><p>&middot; Review, approve, and maintain all manufacturing control procedures, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure compliance with IEC, IECEE, and relevant international quality standards.</p><p>&middot; Oversee quality assurance activities to ensure zero-defect production prior to release and during mass manufacturing.</p><p>&middot; Lead commissioning, functional testing, and safety verification of all new production machinery, tools, and electrical safety systems to minimize production downtime.</p><p>&middot; Ensure full regulatory compliance by managing and documenting all communications with government authorities related to permits, certifications, inspections, and approvals.</p><p><b>2.
