Responsibilities
Email &amp; Internal Communications Management:
<ul><li>Maintain internal email accounts, manage distribution lists, and support internal messaging initiatives to ensure effective communication across the organization for multiple brands</li>
</ul>Content Creation &amp; Management:
<ul><li>Develop and edit marketing materials, including but not limited to newsletters, press releases, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging.</li>
<li>Provide messaging and content updates for intranet pages, keeping internal policies and communications accessible and current.</li>
</ul>Business Collateral &amp; Award Fulfillment:
<ul><li>Process marketing material requests and oversee internal award programs, such as Spot Awards and Service Awards, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.</li>
</ul>Swag &amp; Merchandise Inventory Management:
<ul><li>Coordinate distribution of materials.</li>
<li>Maintain, order, and track inventory for promotional materials, branded merchandise, and swag orders, ensuring appropriate stock levels for our family of brands.</li>
</ul>Marketing Campaign &amp; Event Support:
<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Coordinate event sponsorship logistics, including managing invitations, tracking RSVPs, and ensuring sponsorship benefits are delivered.</li>
<li>Support internal and external events by assembling communication and training kits as needed.</li>
</ul>Social Media Engagement:
<ul><li>Monitor and manage the organization&rsquo;s social media content and presence, engaging with followers, tracking trends, and suggesting content ideas to enhance brand awareness.</li>
<li>Manage monthly calendars for multiple owned businesses, own and manage paid social media campaigns with oversight, manage monthly reporting of social metrics.</li>
<li>Have an understanding of social media strategy and approach across platforms.</li>
</ul>Digital Asset Management:
<ul><li>Upload, organize, and tag photos in the company&rsquo;s digital asset library.</li>
<li>Ensure proper management of photo release documentation and digital asset accessibility.</li>
</ul>Marketing Team Administrative Support:
<ul><li>Provide general administrative and project-based support to the marketing and communications team, including vendor coordination, supplier registrations, and compliance updates.</li>
<li>Track and report on marketing and event budgets as needed.</li>
</ul>Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement:
<ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and communication strategies with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Identify and implement improvements to communication workflows and processes.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the success and efficiency of the department.</li>
</ul>Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience ).</li>
<li>2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support (internships included).</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).</li>

Travel: Up to 10% of the time. The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Workforce Information Systems Specialist is responsible for the definition, development, testing, analysis, and maintenance of new and existing software and databases solutions for Human Resources (HR) and the Development Center (DC). Qualifications:

Selects appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures or makes simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals, primarily the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guide. These basic tasks may be associated with personnel accounting, IPPS-A, Military Personnel Files, Soldier Readiness Processing, Reassignment Processing, In/Out Processing, Enlisted Personnel Promotions, Personnel Actions, Personnel Manning, Transition Processing, Pre/Post Retirement Services, Customer Service to Casualty Assistance and IPPS-A Operations and Maintenance and Training.</li><li>
Track and meet required suspense for products, reports, and deliverables</li><li>
Recognized problems are referred to others.</li><li>
Perform as an alternate ID card operator, performing all functions required to issue ID cards, ID tags, Geneva Convention cards, Teslin cards, and CAC issuance-related tasks to include review, research, and verification of source documents eligibility, and discussing entitlements</li></ul>
