Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage and execute marketing for all new listings</li><li>
Coordinate listing photography, videography, and other media</li><li>
Order and track signage, lockboxes, and other listing materials</li><li>
Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and listing booklets for client-facing use</li><li>
Post and promote listings across social media platforms and sites such as Craigslist</li><li>
Ensure all marketing aligns with the team&rsquo;s established branding, color schemes, and aesthetic</li><li>
Maintain listing marketing timelines and ensure deadlines are met</li><li>
Assist with administrative support for the team, including:</li><li>
Coordinating with our courier for pickups and deliveries</li><li>
Intaking resale certificates</li><li>
Handling client earnest money and related documentation</li><li>
Maintain organization of digital files and marketing assets</li><li>
Posting client reviews, client closing photos, team birthdays, holidays, and office closures, among other things, to our social media pages</li><li>

Qualifications:
