 Key Responsibilities:

 Manage social listening, monitor brand sentiment, and ensure appropriate responses to customer inquiries.

 Identify new trends, opportunities, and best practices to keep the brand competitive and innovative.

 Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of social media experience, with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage a team and provide strategic direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of fintech concepts (digital banking, payments, personal finance tech, AI-driven finance, crypto, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with compliance standards in financial marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with social analytics tools and social media management platforms.
