As a </b><b>Liberty </b><b>Military Housing Service Technician I,</b> you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community. You will operate building systems and related equipment and tools to complete tasks to Liberty Military Housing&rsquo;s quality standards and resident&rsquo;s satisfaction. You will be required to effectively communicate, perform quality work in a safe manner and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing&rsquo;s quality customer satisfaction standards.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

SUMMARY OF POSITION: </b>To ensure residents a safe, comfortable, and attractive place to live by always keeping all electrical and mechanical equipment and appliances functional or serviced immediately and making all needed repairs to structures promptly. <p>Our unit&rsquo;s main focus is stroke patients. About half of our population is geriatric. In 2022 our amazing unit received the AMSN PRISM Award, join us to see what it&rsquo;s like to work on a nationally recognized unit.</p>
<p>Patient Care Technicians are unlicensed staff members who are accountable to, and work under the direct supervision of a professional nurse to implement delegated aspects of nursing care. Provide patient care, support the admissions and discharge process, and comply with patient safety practices under the direction of the professional nurse. Observe patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions and report any change to the nurse.</p>

High School Diploma or Equivalent</p>
<p><b>Certification/Licensure</b></p>
<ul><li>American Health Associate BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.</li>
