Properly and safely transports patients, secures IVs, drainage tubes, etc., and secures patient.</li><li>
In accordance with the transportation of patients, uses wheelchairs and other approved rolling stock to carry out the essential duties of the position.</li><li>

Ensures the safe, timely and accurate transport of patients to their destination using the proper requested equipment.</li><li>

As an Overnight 988 Crisis Intervention Specialist, you are not the first voice on the line - you are the clinical anchor behind the scenes. You support Crisis Specialists in real time as they respond to people reaching out through the 988 Suicide &amp; Crisis Lifeline via phone, chat, and text. 
What You&rsquo;ll Actually Be Doing
This is a clinical consultation and coaching role with real impact:<ul><li>
Provide live clinical guidance to Crisis Specialists during active contacts</li><li>
Support decision-making for high-acuity and complex situations</li><li>
Review and complete clinical documentation, screening guides, and logs with accuracy and timeliness</li><li>
Offer post-contact debriefing and constructive feedback that helps staff grow</li><li>
Step into queue coverage during volume spikes to keep wait times down</li><li>
Support onboarding and skill development for newer staff</li><li>
Participate in trainings, case reviews, and quality improvement work</li></ul>

Requirements:

Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in social sciences or a related field</li><li>
Knowledge of the public mental health system (King County Preferred)</li><li>
Strong verbal, written, and technical skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes situations</li><li>
Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period. Applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire. Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the credential.</li></ul> 
Remote Work &amp; Technology
This is a fully remote role and requires:<ul><li>
A quiet, confidential workspace</li><li>
