Operational Management:<br>

Technical Oversight:<br>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:<br>

<li>Minimum 5 &ndash; 7 years&rsquo; experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.</li><br>

<li>Proven expertise in diamond core drilling and/or reverse circulation drilling.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Solid understanding of drilling fluids, downhole survey tools, and geological formations.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Strong knowledge of HSE practices in drilling operations.</li><br>

<li>Proficiency in preparing and reviewing drilling reports.</li><br>

<li>Conduct field mapping to interpret geological structures, alterations, and lithological units for exploration targeting</li><br>
<li>Generate district-scale balanced cross-sections and create 3D geological-structural alteration models.</li><br>
<li>Identify and implement opportunities to reduce risks and enhance project viability.</li><br>
&bull; Mentors subordinate geological staff.&bull; Ensure adherence to on-site health, safety, and environmental standards.<br>
<li>Coordinate with various internal groups, consultants, and drill crews to safely execute exploration activities</li><br>
<li>Prepare and communicate project-level summaries to diverse audiences, including technical, financial, and corporate stakeholders.</li><br>
<li>Follows up and supervises the implementation of all decisions and directives from the CEO.</li><br>
<li>He solves problems and conflicts, and finds radical solutions to them.</li><br>
<li>He submits his daily, weekly and monthly reports to the CEO and oversees the day-to-day operations.</li><br>
<li>Monitor processes to ensure required changes are made.</li><br>
<li>Follow budget guidelines and make necessary changes to reduce costs. Coordination with material suppliers and contractors.</li><br>
<li>Follow up on preparing the site's health, safety and environment requirements

<li>Recommend ways or ideas to reduce cost and improve safety.</li><br>

QUALIFICATION:<br>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Geology or Geological Engineering.</li><br>
<li>10+ years&rsquo; experience in greenfield exploration and exploration project generation.</li><br>
<li>Good knowledge in using Software , Geological Modelling and MS Office.</li><br>
<li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><br>
<li>Good English communication skills (both oral and written).</li></div>

Job Description<br>
<br>
Assist the driller and off-sider in transporting tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas. In addition to cleaning the work area and extracted samples and placing them in the designated box.<br>
<br>
Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
1. Assist the drilling team in various tasks.<br>
<br>
2. Transport tools, equipment and materials to and from work areas.<br>
<br>
3. Assist drilling workers in setting up and operating drills and other machinery.<br>
<br>
4. Assist heavy equipment operators to secure equipment accessories.<br>
<br>
5. Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as refueling, lubricating and washing equipment and machinery.<br>
<br>
6. Clean work areas, machinery and transportation and remove blockages and spills.<br>
<br>
7. Knowledge of safe operation of hand tools.<br>
<br>
8. Executing all assigned tasks as needed.<br>
<br>
<br>
Qualifications<br>
<br>
<li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience</li><br>
<br>
<li>Mechanical Understanding and safety standards, mine site regulations, and environmental practices.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Physical fitness and ability to work long shifts in challenging outdoor conditions.</li><br>
