Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 7:30am-5pm

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Ability to Make a Difference:
<ul><li>Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.</li>
<li>Client Education &amp; Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.</li>
<li>Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.</li>
<li>Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan&rsquo;s standards of professionalism.</li>

Position Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan&rsquo;s established medical protocols</li>
<li>Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results</li>
<li>Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments</li>
<li>Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate</li>
<li>Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service</li>
<li>Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records</li>
<li>Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation</li>
<li>Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required</li>
<li>For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required</li>
<li>Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently</li>
<li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols</li>
<li>Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results</li>
<li>After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers</li>

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits</li><li>

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on chronic and complex women's health conditions including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity</li><li>
Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills</li><li>
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity</li><li>
Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting</li><li>
Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools</li><li>
Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus</li><li>
