Overview:

 We&rsquo;re now looking for a Sea Freight Operations Supervisor to lead critical operations, especially in Cross Stuffing and Transit Shipments.
 
 
 
 
 
 🧭 Your Role
 
 
 
 
 
 As Sea Freight Operations Supervisor, you will:
 
 
 
 
 
 Manage and monitor FCL/LCL sea shipments, with a focus on cross stuffing &amp; bonded operations
 
 
 Lead transit flows from EU/TR to CIS &amp; Middle East
 
 
 Coordinate daily work with agents, bonded warehouses, customs brokers, and truckers
 
 
 Supervise 2 junior ops staff and ensure timely follow-up of files
 
 
 Support the sales team with technical input &amp; routing options
 
 
 Ensure correct documentation (T1, EX1, ATR, BL, CMR, etc.) is always ready on time
 
 
 
 
 
 ✅ Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 ✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in sea freight &amp; transit ops
 
 
 ✔️ Strong knowledge of cross stuffing, container tracking, customs flows
 
 
 ✔️ English fluency (Russian/Turkish is a plus)
 
 
 ✔️ Able to manage operational pressure, deadlines &amp; multitasking
 
 
 ✔️ Familiar with multimodal and bonded cargo flows
 
 
 ✔️ Strong communication, follow-up &amp; coordination skills

 Responsibilities:

 Act as a key point of communication and coordination between service providers (airlines, suppliers, customs brokers, airport offices, insurance companies, etc.) and overseas offices on behalf of customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with sales teams to support both new and existing customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take proactive steps to identify and resolve any potential issues quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain regular communication with airport offices to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage shipments through the local Transportation Management System (SOFT).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Profile:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field)
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role within the logistics or air freight industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 DGR certification is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Istanbul Europe side
 </li>
 <li>
 SOFT knowledge preferred
 </li>
