   Manage and optimize daily planning for shared design resources across studios.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure every design task is properly scoped, documented, and tracked in Jira &mdash; from kickoff to delivery.

   Review and calibrate effort estimates.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks &mdash; if tasks linger too long in review, you&rsquo;ll find the root cause and fix it.

   Partner with Product Design Leads and PMs to balance design capacity with priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles for designers, ensuring evaluation criteria are fair and consistent.
  </li>

   Drive process improvements that help designers spend more time designing and less time in operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the adoption of new tools and automation (AI, plugins, dashboards) to increase visibility and efficiency across the design org.

   Maintain and scale the design system, ensuring components, patterns, and documentation are up-to-date, accessible, and consistently applied across products.
