  We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized

   Assistant Financial Controller
  </strong>
  to join our finance team in Istanbul. Directly supporting the Finance Manager you will play a key role in ensuring financial compliance, and maintaining excellence across all financial statements, budgets and group month end reporting.

   Key Responsibilities:

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support the month-end closing process and assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages including quarterly board presentation
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare management reports and financial analyses to monitor company performance
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actual results
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with different departments to understand operational drivers behind financial results
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial reporting processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a business partner to different departments by providing financial insights and supporting data-driven decision making.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial information and documentation
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the ongoing Budget Planning Consolidation (BPC) implementation project, contributing to the enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
  </li>
 </ul>

   What We Expect from You:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  </li>
  <li>
   2&ndash;3 years of audit experience; candidates with Big4 backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply
  </li>
  <li>
   Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical thinking and financial analysis skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
  </li>
  <li>
   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English is required
  </li>
 </ul>
