Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide patient respiratory assessment and administer therapy per protocol.</li><li>
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable milestones.</li><li>
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies based on results and data.</li><li>
Document clinical notes accurately in electronic health records.</li><li>
Meet or exceed predefined performance targets and quality metrics.</li><li>
Adhere to regulatory standards, privacy laws, and workplace policies.</li><li>
Educate patients and families on inhaler use, device techniques, and adherence.</li><li>
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.</li><li>
Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and sanitation of respiratory devices.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to expand services within territory and contribute to pipeline planning.</li><li>
Participate in on-site training and demonstrate continuous professional development.</li></ul> 
Experience/Qualifications<ul><li>
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active licensure where required.</li><li>
Clinical respiratory assessment and therapy administration per protocol.</li><li>
Monitor progress, adjust therapies based on data, and meet quality metrics.</li><li>
Compliance with regulatory standards, privacy laws, and workplace policies.</li><li>
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable milestones.</li><li>
Equipment safety, maintenance, and sanitation of respiratory devices.</li><li>
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.</li><li>
Proficient in electronic health records documentation and data entry.</li><li>
Strong patient and family education on inhaler use and device techniques.</li><li>
Identify service expansion opportunities and contribute to pipeline planning.</li><li>
On-site training participation and commitment to ongoing professional development.</li><li>
Experience with territory-based service delivery and target attainment.</li><li>
