<p><b>Objective of the Role</b></p><p>The Quality Inspector &ndash; Multi Discipline is responsible for supporting the Lead QA/QC Engineer in implementing the QA/QC plan and ensuring that all project activities comply with inspection and testing requirements. The role covers welding, materials, piping, and painting/coating inspections, as well as reviewing reports, monitoring site quality, and coordinating with clients and contractors.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Conduct in-process and final inspections for welding, painting, and dimensional control.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare, Review and verify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), PQRs, and Welder Qualifications (WQT) in accordance with project requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor welding parameters and ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, or other applicable standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Carry out surface preparation and painting inspection in line with BGAS/NACE standards, including DFT, WFT, climate condition checks, and holiday testing.</li></ul><ul><li>Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTC), consumables, and storage practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Issue and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Instructions, and implement Corrective &amp; Preventive Actions (CAPA).</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update inspection and test records, ITPs, and quality logs.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in internal and external audits, including client and third-party inspections.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Project Teams to ensure smooth inspection workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all QC activities, including test packages and handover dossiers.</li></ul><ul><li>Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the fabrication shop.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Certifications:</b></p><ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li></ul><ul><li>Certified CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 (Welding Inspector).</li></ul><ul><li>Certified BGAS Grade 2 / NACE Level 1 or 2 (Coating Inspector).</li></ul><ul><li>Familiar with QCS, ISO 9001, ASME, API, AWS, BS/EN, and project-specific standards.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p>
