The Role</b></div><div>
You will diagnose and repair residential drain systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?</b></div><ul><li>
Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability.</li><li>
Complete required warranty information.</li><li>
Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.</li><li>
Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily.</li><li>
Perform plumbing-related tasks when required.
</li><li>Maintain communication with internal teams.</li><li>
Properly maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.</li><li>
Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and proper conduct.</li><li>
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.</li><li>
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this!)</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Do I Have What It Takes?</b></div><ul><li>
Valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive company vehicle</li><li>
Experience operating a jetting machine (strongly preferred)</li><li>
Excellent listening, decision making and troubleshooting Skills</li><li>
Great communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Detail Oriented</li><li>
Obtained or working toward Plumbing License</li></ul><div>
