Minimum 20 years experience in water engineering, including stormwater drainage design in civil and transport projects, stormwater management, and planning.</li><li>
Sound knowledge of principles of hydrology and hydraulics.</li><li>
Demonstrated understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling/design software packages used in the design of surface drainage, piped networks, cross drainage, and flood analysis, i.e., CAD skills, SWMM, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, and HEC-HMS knowledge</li><li>

<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>Facility Engineer (Civil)</p><ul><li>5 years of experience in the Gulf region countries in Civil &amp; Plumbing/Electrical &amp; Electronics /Mechanical &amp; HVAC (each discipline as applicable) Engineering operations and General maintenance activities with Accredited Facility Management organizations.</li><li>3 years of relevant experience in the same position in leading a team of Manpower and able to provide proper technical support.</li><li>Specific Experience in health care facilities management projects is mandatory.</li><li>Have valid Qatar driving license</li></ul><p>Certified HTM AP of applicable disciplines are preferred and mandatory to have such certifications within 6 months of project start date</p><ul><li>Professional bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or technology Civil &amp; Plumbing/Electrical &amp; Electronics /Mechanical &amp; HVAC as applicable for each discipline.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: QAR100.00 per month</p>

The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing all mechanical works on site, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.</p><p>*Key Responsibilities:</p><p>* Supervise daily mechanical installation works on site and ensure quality of execution.</p><p>* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.</p><p>* Review drawings, shop drawings, and method statements before implementation.</p><p>* Monitor materials and equipment delivery and ensure proper use on site.</p><p>* Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.</p><p>* Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and documentation.</p><p>* Identify site issues and propose practical solutions.</p><p>* Work closely with the project team to meet project timelines and milestones.</p><p>*Requirements:</p><p>* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</p><p>* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.</p><p>* Strong knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
