 Strong knowledge of ADNOC Offshore standards, procedures, and approvals is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Middle East offshore projects is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

 Excellent knowledge of marine logistics, heavy lifts, and offshore installation support.

 <li>
 Sound understanding of HSE, risk management, and ADNOC requirements.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for offshore oil and gas projects, including tendering, contract formation, administration, change management, claims, and close‑out.</li>
<li>oversees the full lifecycle of FEED/EPC contracts, ensuring commercial, contractual, and compliance excellence across large‑scale offshore projects</li>
<li>Ensures that all contractual and commercial aspects of the project are executed in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project objectives.</li>
<li>Acts as the focal point between project management, procurement, legal, and contractors to safeguard the company&rsquo;s commercial interests</li>
<li>expertise in contract strategy, negotiation, risk management, claims, and stakeholder engagement, particularly for complex offshore engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) scopes</li>
<li>Manage the full contract lifecycle from award to close‑out</li>
<li>Lead high‑value negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.</li>

Experience Required

<li>Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Mechanical Construction Background.</li>
<li>Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.</li>
